Return and exchange policy
The online store salomon.in.ua strives to provide a convenient service for every customer. If an item is the wrong size or color, or has a manufacturing defect, you can return or exchange it in accordance with the rules below.
1. Application deadline
The buyer has the right to submit a request for a return or exchange of goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
The countdown starts from the next day after the parcel is delivered .
2. Conditions of acceptance of goods
In order for an item to be accepted for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must not be used and must not show signs of wear, washing or damage.
- The original packaging, factory labels and complete set are preserved.
- A copy of the receipt, delivery note, or order number sheet must be included with the parcel.
3. Return or exchange of goods of proper quality
If the product does not fit in size, color or other characteristics:
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- When exchanging goods, the buyer also pays for re-delivery of the new item.
- Only the cost of the item will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping costs.
4. Poor quality product or order error
If the product has a defect or an error was made when completing the order:
- Return shipping and reshipping of goods are at the seller's expense.
- Before sending, please send a photo or video of the defect and the condition of the packaging to the support service email.
- If a manufacturing defect is discovered during use, such situations may also be covered by the warranty . Detailed warranty terms can be found in the Warranty Terms section.
5. Refunds
Return method:
- in the same way that payment was made (if possible through the payment service);
- or by other agreed means.
In case of cash on delivery, funds are returned to the bank account (IBAN) specified by the buyer.
Refund period: up to 3-5 business days after receiving and checking the returned item at the warehouse.
When exchanging, a new item will be sent after the returned item has been received and checked (if the required size is available).
6. How to process a return or exchange
To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

The letter must indicate:
- Full name
- phone number
- city
- order number
- product model
- reason for the appeal
- desired size (if exchange)
- IBAN for refund (if refund)
2. Prepare the parcel:
- the product must be in its original appearance
- all labels and components are preserved
- the branded box must not be damaged
Do not attach the shipping label to the branded box. Use additional packaging.
The following should be included in the parcel:

- all components
- a copy of the receipt or a sheet with the order number
3. After sending, inform the manager of the transport invoice number (TTN).

8. Important Warning
Do not send parcels cash on delivery (COD).
Parcels sent cash on delivery without prior approval from the manager will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
9. Instructions for sending via Nova Poshta
- Prepare your item for shipping: make sure it shows no signs of use and has all tags.
- Place the item in a box or bag. Do not attach the shipping label to the branded box.
- Add inside the parcel:
- product
- all components
- a copy of the receipt or a sheet with the order number
- At the Nova Poshta branch, arrange for a standard parcel to be sent to the specified address.
- After sending, please inform the manager of the transport waybill (TTN) number via email to the support service.

11. Important notes
- Items with signs of wear, washing or use will not be accepted.
- Products with foreign odors (perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals) may be rejected.
- The item must be returned in its entirety with all tags attached.
- The branded box must not be damaged or covered with shipping stickers.
