Return and Exchange Policy

The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality in accordance with the procedure and conditions established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Returns of goods of proper quality are possible provided that they retain their marketable appearance, consumer properties, without signs of use, tags, and a document confirming the fact of purchase is available.

Returns of quality goods to the Seller's address are at the Buyer's expense and are non-refundable. The Buyer may return quality goods within fourteen days of purchase.

Reimbursement of the cost of goods of proper quality is carried out within 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment the Seller receives the goods, to the Buyer's bank account from which payment was made, or to other details provided by the Buyer, upon his written request.
