Warranty for products

Each buyer has the right to warranty service in accordance with the rules below.
1. Standard warranty - 14 days
All products come with a standard 14 calendar day warranty from the date of receipt of your order .
During this period, the buyer can:
- arrange a return of goods;
- exchange the product for a different size or model;
- get a refund.
The warranty applies provided that the product shows no signs of use, and that the labels, complete set, and original packaging are intact.
2. Warranty for manufacturing defects - 30 days
If a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 calendar days of using the product, the buyer has the right to contact customer support to resolve the issue.
Possible manufacturing defects may include:
- rupture of material without mechanical damage;
- seam divergence;
- peeling off of the sole or parts of the shoe;
- defects in fittings or fasteners;
- other manufacturing defects.
After checking the product, the store may offer:
- exchange of goods for similar ones;
- exchange for another model;
- refund.
3. What is not considered a warranty case
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- mechanical damage or bruises;
- improper use of the product;
- natural wear and tear during use;
- damage caused by water, chemicals or high temperatures;
- independent repair or changes to the design of the product.
4. How to file a warranty claim
If you find a defect in the product, you must:

- Send a photo or video of the defect.
- Please provide your order number and a brief description of the problem.
