Delivery of orders across Ukraine
USDH ENTERPRISES LLC sells products exclusively through its online store, without a showroom or physical retail location. All orders are delivered within Ukraine via Nova Poshta LLC.
Delivery methods, terms and costs
Nova Poshta LLC branch or parcel terminal — 1–3 days, from 75 UAH.
Courier of Nova Poshta LLC - 1-3 days, from 95 UAH.
Cash on delivery fees and other possible carrier fees are already included in the shipping cost indicated.
Order processing and shipping procedure
Orders are accepted and shipped daily according to store hours from 9:00 to 22:30, seven days a week, Kyiv time.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next day.
The general delivery time is 1-3 days from the moment the buyer places the order. This period includes two consecutive stages:
- Order processing and completion – 0-1 day after its placement.
- Transportation – 1–2 days after the shipment is handed over to Nova Poshta LLC.
The total delivery time starts from the moment you place your order on the website, not from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.
Available payment methods
The buyer can choose one of two independent payment options: online payment when placing an order or cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods.
Payment upon delivery
Payment is made by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods. This means payment occurs immediately upon receipt using one of two methods: cash or Visa or Mastercard. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for card payments.
The payment processor NovaPay LLC handles the acceptance and transfer of cash on delivery payments. USDH ENTERPRISES LLC is the recipient of funds for the purchased goods and the legal seller.
Online payment
When placing an order on the website, you can pre-pay online using the Way4Pay payment service. You can use Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
All prices on the website are listed in hryvnia (UAH). Payment for the goods is made to USDH ENTERPRISES LLC.
Documents confirming payment
A fiscal receipt for the purchased item is issued by the seller, USDH ENTERPRISES LLC. The document is sent electronically to the email address or phone number provided by the buyer when placing the order.
Nova Poshta LLC provides a separate document confirming delivery service. This document does not replace the seller's fiscal receipt for the purchased item.
NovaPay LLC processes and transfers cash on delivery payments, but does not issue the seller's fiscal receipt for the goods.
Product review upon receipt
Before paying cash on delivery, we recommend checking that the received item matches the order, inspecting its external condition and, if necessary, trying it on.
Review and fitting for payment are possible upon receipt at the Nova Poshta LLC office or courier delivery by Nova Poshta LLC.
If, upon inspection, the product does not match the order or is unsatisfactory, the buyer has the right to refuse the shipment. In this case, the buyer will not be charged any fees, including:
- Cost of goods.
- Cost of order delivery.
- Cost of return shipping to the seller.
- Any other fees, commissions or charges, including those of the carrier or payment processor.
If you receive your order at a Nova Poshta LLC parcel terminal, you cannot inspect or try on the item before paying for it. If your order is cash on delivery, you must first pay and then access the shipment.
If a discrepancy or defect in the product is discovered after receipt and payment, the buyer may contact the seller to resolve the issue in accordance with the Return and Exchange Policy page.
Delay, loss or damage of shipment
In the event of a delivery delay, the buyer can contact Nova Poshta LLC to clarify the location of the shipment and initiate a search for it.
If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, you must notify the carrier and file a corresponding request or claim in accordance with their procedure.
All shipments are insured for their actual value.

The legal seller of the goods under the User Agreement is USDH ENTERPRISES LLC. This legal entity acts as the sender of orders and the recipient of payments for the goods sold.
