The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI.

Telephone consultations are available daily from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Kyiv time, seven days a week. Email requests received during these hours are processed within two hours. If you request a callback, a manager will call you within five minutes during these hours.

2. What information about users do we process?

The list of personal data depends on the visitor's actions on the site, the order placed, and the nature of subsequent contact.

• Identification information: last name, first name and patronymic of the buyer or the person receiving the order.
• Contact information: telephone number and email address.
• Delivery details: locality, receiving address, branch or post office number.
• Purchase information: order warehouse, order number, total cost, and order history.
• Payroll statements: payment status, fiscal receipt information.
• Communications: email, message and support requests.
• Documents and information provided for the exchange of goods, their return or warranty consideration.
• IBAN or bank card number voluntarily provided by the buyer for the agreed refund or compensation.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, and referral source.
• Cookies, session IDs, and Google Ads advertising IDs.

The amount of information collected is determined by the specific transaction required. Not every category of data is collected during every website visit.

3. Methods and sources of obtaining information

Personal data is received by the seller both directly from buyers and from services involved in fulfilling orders and maintaining the website.

When placing a purchase, the user provides the necessary contact information and delivery details. Additional information may be provided during a phone call, email correspondence, or when submitting an exchange, return, or warranty request.

A separate category is technical information automatically generated when the browser interacts with the site, in particular information about the device, session, and use of cookies.

To execute and confirm transactions, data received from Nova Poshta LLC, the payment operator NovaPay LLC, the Way4Pay payment service, and the fiscalization service may be used.

Google Ads collects and processes certain technical and advertising data related to website visits and ad performance evaluation. When tracking conversions, this service may also receive order-related information, within the limits required to record the conversion.

The seller processes information to ensure the operation of the online store, fulfill obligations to customers, and perform necessary accounting operations.

• Preparing goods for shipment and organizing delivery to the recipient.
• Carrying out calculations, checking payment statuses and confirming payments.
• Creation of fiscal receipts and their transfer to customers.
• Providing information on the order fulfillment status.
• Consideration of applications for exchange, return, warranty service and monetary compensation.
• Processing support requests and providing responses.
• Detecting suspicious transactions, combating fraud, and maintaining website security.
• Maintaining financial documentation and internal accounting of transactions.
• Analyze the performance of your advertising using Google Ads, including measuring conversions.

The seller does not send marketing or advertising mailings to buyers.

5. Legal grounds for using information

The processing of personal data is carried out taking into account the purpose of the relevant information and the need to fulfill specific obligations.

Information required for purchase, delivery, payment and after-sales service is used to fulfill the order and the seller's obligations to the buyer.

Documents on settlements, fiscal transactions and other accounting information are processed to comply with mandatory requirements for financial accounting and document storage.

Technical data required to secure the website may be processed for the purpose of preventing unauthorised actions, fraud and other abuses.

Each of the above-mentioned grounds is applied in accordance with the nature of the data and the purpose for which it is used. Placing an order does not require prior registration on the website.

6. Processing information when paying with bank cards

Payment upon receipt of the order

When paying upon receipt of goods, payment is made through the relevant payment infrastructure of the carrier OOO Nova Poshta with the involvement of OOO NovaPay.

When placing an order and paying, the website does not require or receive your payment card number, expiration date, CVV/CVC, PIN, banking app password, or SMS confirmation code. The seller may receive payment status information and information necessary to identify the relevant order.

Online payments via Way4Pay

Way4Pay is used to pay for orders directly through the website. Buyers enter their card details in Way4Pay's secure payment interface, rather than using the online store's payment forms.

Payment information is transmitted using HTTPS and a secure payment connection. The merchant receives the transaction status, amount, and transaction ID. If necessary, a masked card number or payment token can be used without revealing full card details.

USDH ENTERPRISES LLC does not receive or store PIN codes, CVV/CVC codes, banking app passwords, or SMS confirmation codes. Full card details are not transmitted to the merchant upon purchase.

When a refund is approved for an order paid online, the refund will be made to the original method of payment.

Details for refund or compensation

Separately from the purchase procedure, the buyer may, on their own initiative, notify the IBAN or card number if this information is necessary for the agreed refund or compensation.

Such details are provided exclusively within the framework of the relevant request after the purchase: by enclosing a written statement directly in the parcel with the goods returned to the seller or sending a statement by email to [email protected] .

The order forms on the website do not require the transfer of such details. The seller does not require the return of card secret codes, bank passwords, or one-time confirmation codes.

7. To whom may personal data be transferred?

To complete certain transactions, the seller engages third-party organizations. Information transfer is limited to the data necessary for the recipient to perform their functions.

• Nova Poshta LLC receives information about the buyer or recipient, contact phone number, delivery address, and shipping information to transport orders and organize product returns.
• NovaPay LLC processes information necessary for accepting payments when receiving orders, making settlements, and transferring funds.
• Way4Pay – receives the data necessary to process online payments, verify their results, and transmit payment confirmations.
• Fiscalization service – processes information about the payment transaction and the data required to create and send a fiscal receipt.
• Telephony service – used to process phone numbers, organize communications, and store call recordings. Calls are recorded.
• Google Ads – Receives technical and advertising identifiers, site interaction data, and order-related information to measure ad conversions.
• Authorized government agencies may receive personal data only if there is a corresponding mandatory requirement of legislation.

USDH ENTERPRISES LLC does not sell or lease personal data of its customers. The engagement of these recipients is related to the performance of specific operations and functions defined by this Policy.

8. Using Google Ads to evaluate advertising

The salomon.in.ua website uses Google Ads. This tool is used to measure the effectiveness of ads and track conversions associated with visitor actions.

When you interact with the site, Google may receive your IP address, cookies, browser and device characteristics, and advertising identifiers.

In addition to visit information, Google Ads conversion tracking may transmit order-related information to determine whether an ad conversion occurred.

The buyer's last name, first name, patronymic, phone number, email address, delivery address, IBAN, and payment card number are not included in the URL, page parameters, or standard Google Ads advertising tags.

Google Ads processes technical and advertising information to measure the results of advertising campaigns. Information about the use of cookies is provided in the next chapter.

Once the legal basis for further storage ceases, personal data is deleted or anonymized. If certain information must be retained for mandatory reasons, it is deleted after the end of such period.

The request must describe the nature of the request and provide information that will allow the seller to identify the requester. Emails sent during business hours are processed within two hours of receipt. This period applies to the initial processing of your request; compliance with certain personal data requirements may require additional verification.

The merchant does not request full payment card details, including its PIN, CVV/CVC, banking app passwords, or SMS confirmation codes. Online payments are made using the payment service's secure interface, and details for the approved refund are provided separately from the purchase process.

Customers' personal data is not transmitted via open URL parameters. These measures are aimed at reducing information security risks, but they do not guarantee a complete absence of threats in the digital environment.

14. Data processing outside Ukraine

Google Ads may process some personal data outside of Ukraine. This is related to the operation of the advertising service and the evaluation of advertising campaign results.

Google Ads conversion tracking may transmit order-related information to the extent necessary to record the relevant advertising action. IP addresses, cookies, technical information, and advertising identifiers may also be processed.

At the same time, the buyer's full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, IBAN, or payment card number are not added to URLs, page parameters, or standard Google Ads tags.

Such cross-border processing is related to the use of the said advertising tool and is carried out in accordance with the personal data protection requirements applicable to the relevant operations.

15. Update and validity of the Privacy Policy

USDH ENTERPRISES LLC may revise the provisions of this Policy due to changes in the procedure for processing personal data, the operation of the site, or applicable legal requirements.

The new version is posted on this page of the salomon.in.ua website. Information about significant changes is communicated to visitors by publishing the updated text with the corresponding date.

The publication of a new version does not retroactively change the content of the previous version. Each version applies according to its validity period.
